Are you a dynamic and inspiring individual, who’s looking to join an expanding and forward thinking childcare business in a leadership role? If so, then we are pleased to announce that we currently have a new “Registered Manager” position available to run a new Positive Outcomes home located between Stone and Stafford in Staffordshire.
Positive Outcomes Childcare Ltd is an Ofsted “GOOD” rated provider of residential care to children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years old.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
The Registered Manager will have strong leadership skills, a genuine passion to care for and support our children and young people and a desire to join to an established yet growing organisation.
Previous experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting is essential and you will have at least 2 years’ experience within a deputy manager role or registered manager role
The Registered Manager will be required to register as a fit person with our regulator: Ofsted
A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma children and young people or equivalent is required for this role, and the ability to complete further education and learning is essential for the role

On call duties as part of a Rota system
Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in children and young people or equivalent
Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role
