Every child has the potential for positive change!
Positive Outcomes Childcare Limited is an exciting therapeutic residential care provider, with homes situated across Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
We specialise in supporting children from ages 8 to adulthood who may experience social, behavioural, or emotional difficulties due to disrupted attachments, abuse, neglect and trauma.
• We are committed to promoting a sense of belonging and ownership for each and every child, young person, and member of staff across our services.
• The children and young people we support are at the heart of everything we do. We adopt a trauma-informed approach to supporting them on their healing journey, recognising the impact that their previous trauma has played in shaping their difficulties and supporting them to develop coping strategies. This enhances their self-worth, and empowers them to achieve their full potential.
Vision and Values
Be their strength.
Be their inspiration.
Be their reason to never give up!
Be their strength.
Be their reason to never give up!
We use a structured timetable to establish daily routines, for the child / young person to promote a sense of purpose and direction, and to channel energies into positive activity.
“Don’t underestimate the power of a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”

Positive Outcomes promotes self-esteem through recognition of achievement and praise. We will assist each child or young person to develop the coping strategies and skills required to manage difficulties as they arise in an environment correctly balanced between care and control, protection and risk. Our staff will always show unconditional positive regard and will not be another adult to let them down whilst the child or young person builds their self-esteem, trust and confidence and tests the adults around them.
